What’s your return policy?

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment.

One Week Return Policy – Item must be returned with original packaging and NO physical damage to the product. If any hardware is returned for another product that has NOT been used there will be a 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

*Closeout items, sale items, or items purchased at special events cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

We do not ship overseas and we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries in the US.
